Khaine is Konstantin's twin brother who was supposedly killed when the CU fleet bombarded Exxon. He is dangerously unstable mentally, and equally powerful as Konstantin, physically. He seeks the death of all his 'family' (the Solitaires and Jarrick) in order for him to become the only true 'Solitaire' and the new father of the Solitaire Project. His lack of morality and conscience makes him if anything, more lethal than Konstantin.
