[edit] (History)

Georgy Khrushchev served as the first Communist leader of Loslakia that was born after the Revolution (Revoltuion officially began in 1875 taking 25 years to complete). He was one of the toughest leaders in History launching attacks upon his own people over accusations of being 'counter-revolutionary'. He was born in 1879 as a member of a working class family. In his 30 year term he never once called elections and often ignored the words of his people. In 1930 a famine claimed the lives of 5 million Loslakians while Premier Khrushchev sat comfortly in his Winter palace. Many remarked him as a 'Communist Tsar' and was highly unpopular with the people. The work of the Cheka maintained his control and ensured the survival of his regime. Several attempts were made on his life and was shot three times by a Socialist Revolutionary, although this was not a fatal attack.

[edit] (Political Career)

Georgy Khrushchev was never elected as a member of the Duma and held it as a tool of the 'Bourgeioise' and 'Capitalism'. His hate for democracy was evident in his coming to power were he bullied all opponents out of the running abusing his position as General Secretary of the party. His decline from power came on the 12th December 1957 when he died at the age of 78 as the result of an successful assassination. The Communist Party of Loslakia (LCP)relized how unpopular Premier Khrushchev had made the regime and so a more moderate and popular communist Nikita Brezhnev was elected into power by the people as opposed to the party.
