Pelnas Astozarno is an Astozarno (Administrative District) of The Caropsyne Pontanore in the Pontanore State of Mainland Carops. Notable for its large Porthin minority, Pelnas is the northern-most Astozarno of Mainland Carops, its Administrative Centre, Triana, being situated approximately 115 kilometers from Fornænda.
