Phoenix Travel is a small domestic carrier within the Caldari State with limited international routes to the Sushiian States. The airline does a great deal of charter service from Ulan-Ude and Xi'an to other exotic destinations seasonally. There has been much complaint that Phoenix Travel does not meet even the minimal safety standards but Caldari Airlines' CEO, Kibayasu Jimmulen states that he is currently working on the problem.
