Bahía Esmeralda is the Capital City of Liberalia. On the map, it is located on a small purple island off the coast of Thearea in the Old World. It is roleplayed as a neutral territory under the control of no major power. Many roleplays have taken place there in the past.
Bahía Esmeralda is also the name of a section of the Liberalia Forum devoted to regional institutions and buildings supposedly located in the city
