Ah ok. There's no easy way to pull this off, so I'm going to mark this as reviewed/resolved for now.  But I'll make a metnal note to keep it in mind if and when we revisit how pagination works.If anyone else is looking for this, please do comment here!

Difficulty adjustment is not so much about liinmitg the supply of bitcoins. Block generation is how the network verifies transactions, and getting 50 BTC per block (for now) is only a nice bonus for maintaining the network. The difficulty system aims to limit block generation to one every 10 minutes on average, so the entire network has time to agree on which block is the latest.
