Flower Fest

The Flower Fest runs from Sunday to Sunday in the second week of April. It's a competition between your townsfolk to see who has the prettiest garden. Planting lots of flowers will greatly help your case. The winner, or Green Thumb, will be decided by Tortimer at the end of the week, and the winner's name will be posted on the Bulletin Board. The winner will also be awarded a trophy.
