The Golden Slingshot can be obtained from the 15th of the Floating Presents you see every so often. It does not matter how many presents you missed, or even if you missed the 15th one, all that matters is that it is the 15th present that you have successfully shot. This item will fire three pellets per shot rather than one, in a spray pattern, so that you don't have to aim as well to hit the present. It's also slightly fatter than the normal slingshot, presumably to hold the extra ammo being shot.
