Neil hit the nail on the head with his post. I went over and read the whole thing. He describes me to a "T" in many ways.I often asivde people, if they ask, to completely ignore their email inbox until they've finished at least one task. There are few things more distracting than an inbox full of "urgent matters" that aren't. When everything is urgent, nothing is urgent.Thanks for this post and the info.
