To Mrs. Cleveland's Class:All of your stories were very innirestetg and informative. I learned so much about the school's garden by reading your stories. Your pictures helped me understand how the garden looked last summer. I'm so glad Dominic drew the sundial and named it. There seem to be so many living insects in your garden. If you are curious, you can find the names of these creatures in library books. Thank you for sharing your fun time in the North Warren Garden.Sincerely,Mary Lou Smith

Held over winter break, usually during Christmas. For as long as anyone can remember, RC has been held at the Clarion Fontainebleau Hotel in Ocean City, MD. During RC, the council presidents give their mid-states, and traditions such as the Cold Water Challenge are repeated. A regional spirit gavel is typically handed out to the [[Aleph Zadik Aleph|AZA]] and [[B'nai B'rith Girls|BBG]] chapter judged to be the most spirited during the weekend.

Northern Region East (NRE) is one of the strongest regions in BBYO. It covers Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia. NRE is council-predominate, so all three councils function mostly independent of one another.
