North Carolina Council (NCC) BBYO #57 is the larger council of the two in Eastern Region, consisting of more than 350 Alephs and BBGs(of the 550 in Eastern).
Several cities of North Carolina comprimise the Council - Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Winston-Salem, and Wilmington. Additionally, a chapter in Roanoke, VA also comprimises NCC (instead of VAC because it is geographically closer to NCC Convention sites than VAC Convention sites). A chapter in Asheville, T'cheeya BBYO, recently became inactive but is in the process of recovery.
