Central Region East (CRE) is comprised of many relatively smaller communities in which BBYO has invigorated a strong sense of Judaism and leadership to both the youth and Jewish communities in general. In the last two years CRE has been awarded the Spirit Gavel and Spirit Cup internationally for its energy and commitment to strong Judaic and family values that have been created within the region.

CRE is composed of Eastern Pennsylvania (except Philadelphia), Delaware, and Binghamton, New York.
