EJR Manufacturing
EJR Manufacturing was an American manufacturing company founded in Edwin J. Richards in 1957.
In 1985, Richards passed on his company to his son, Alex Richards.
Jayatsu Industrial
Jayatsu Industrial was a Korean manufacturer of heavy and industrial equipment.
In 1989 Jayatsu bought Yoon Construction.
Merger
Am-Kor was formed in 1992 when a merger was formed between AR Manufacturing and Jayatsu Industrial.
