Low Budget Television (commonly refered to as Low Budget TV) is an imaginary television station owned by Mississlippy Media Inc. Low Budget TV was originally launched in 2007 as the Low Budget Channel and was changed to Low Budget TV in 2008.

Creation
Low Budget TV was created by Some Guy as a joke during the making of LBTV in 2007. Because it was a joke, Guy had no intention to go any further than to make commercials for it on LBTV.
