The Si4 is a car motor manufactured by Korean So Industries. The motor is used only in the So Shi-Tei.
Si4v2
The Si4v2 was a redesigned Si4. The motor was used between 1988 and 1994. The name means, So Inline Four Version Two. In 1989, it was learned that the Si4v2 was suffering from severe problems that would often destroy the engine. Originally, So covered this in the warranty until 1990 when they could not afford it. Production of the Shi-Tei and the Siv2 ended in January 1994.
