Beginnings
Mississlippy began in late 2002 as a small page on Expage. The website focused on humor and jokes. Shortly after, Mississlippy launched into groups.msn.com with the help of a friend.
New Home. New Features
In 2004, Mississlippy moved operations to Freewebs.com. In 2006, Mississlippy started a yearly tradition. Each year, they create a list of movies that are expected to be released that year. Although, some movies that are listed get pushed back to a different year. 2007 was a mixed year for the site. Early in the year, they found out that Expage would be shutting down.
