The owner of JrA is listed as the RA Group, which is owned by Ralph Anderson who is Jeff's older brother. Ralph sold RA Farm Equipment to Jeff who reshaped it and renamed it to Rezzi and they put it under a new company, JrA which is owned by Ralph's company, RA Group.

The Rezzi Tractor Corporation (pronounced rez-e) is an American business that manufacturers and sells tractors and farm equipment. The company was founded in 1984 by Lynx Farm Equipment.

History

Rezzi Tractors were introduced in 1985 by Lynx Farm Equipment. Rezzi Tractors were originally cheaper versions of the Lynx Tractors. By the 1990s, Rezzi began selling other types of equipment. Soon after, Rezzi introduced their first riding mowers. However, by 1996, Rezzi scaled back production of their implements due to poor sales.

In 2001, a merger was formed between LFE and Gator Tractors and LnGT International.

In 2002, production of all Rezzi Equipment was stopped due to changes at LnGT. In 2004, Rezzi began selling riding mowers again. In 2006, Rezzi introduced the Rezzi 390GT. Rezzi has yet to begin production of any tractors since 2001.
