Jayatsu Manufacturing is a fictional Korean manufacturing company. Jayatsu Manufacturing was founded in 1958 by C. Yoon.

History

Jayatsu Manufacturing was founded in 1958 by C. Yoon as Jayatsu Industrial Manufacturing. Jayatsu built and sold light duty construction equipment. By 1975, Jayatsu had expanded to more heavy duty equipment.

In 1988 Jayatsu was bought by Han Lee. In 1993, a partnership was formed with EJR Manufacturing and Am-Kor Limited was created.

In 2009, Jayatsu Industrial purchased So International from Am-Kor. So International was merged with Jayatsu Industrial and the name was changed to Jayatsu Manufacturing. Soon after, So Motors was renamed the Jayatsu Motor Company.
