The owner of JrA is listed as the RA Group, which is owned by Ralph Anderson who is Jeff's older brother. Ralph sold RA Farm Equipment to Jeff who reshaped it and renamed it to Rezzi and they put it under a new company, JrA which is owned by Ralph's company, RA Group.
