  • listening to a CD within ear shot
  • CDs that can be purchased as a gift
  • listening to MP3s or even MIDI files
  • free speech
  • the Internet
  • VCRs
  • Anything priced under $50
  • Concerts
  • Whistling
  • Laughter and/or Smiling
  • Unprotected mp3s
