The Really Really Low Budget News (abbreviated RRLBN) was a short news show created by S.R. Guy. The RRLBN was the first video project made by Low Budget Media.

The RRLBN was founded by S.R. Guy and Some Person who both hosted the show. The episodes would be similar to that of the future project, LBTV. There was news, weather, and a traffic report.
