Low Budget Television (commonly refered to as Low Budget TV) is an imaginary television station owned by Low Budget Media. Low Budget TV was originally created in 2007 as the Low Budget Channel and was changed to Low Budget TV in 2008.
Creation
Low Budget TV was created by Some Guy as a joke during the making of LBTV in 2007. Because it was a joke, Guy had no intention to go any further than to make commercials for it on LBTV. However, Mississlippy took it seriously and became interested. As another joke, Guy began making up names for shows for the channel and pitched them to Mississlippy. Mississlippy then told them to go ahead and make the new shows. Guy then told the officials that it was all a joke.

A Reality
Some Guy has recently said that he and Mississlippy are interested in creating the actual Low Budget TV. However, no content has been produced for it. Guy has said that there will be no Low Budget TV until there is enough good quality programs for it and that currently nothing they have produced so far comes even close.
