Fleur Isabelle Delacour, is the daughter of Marguerite and Monsiur Delacour. She was the the only female to be chosen for the triwizard tournament. She has one younger sister, Gabrielle.
In the last book, she marries Bill Weasley, they have one daughter mentioned in the prologue, Victoire.
