Fleur Isabelle Delacour, is the daughter of Marguerite and Monsiur Delacour. She was the the only female to be chosen for the triwizard tournament. She has one younger sister, Gabrielle.
In the last book, she marries Bill Weasley, they have one daughter mentioned in the prologue, Victoire. it has later been told, although not mentioned in the books, that Bill and Fleur had two other children, Domonique and Louis.
In the films, she is protrayed by Clémence Poésy.
