Jane Stewart was the first official ambassador to arrive at the War. Unfortunatly she was the only ambassador that would notkill a catkin ambassador immediatly on sight. This is not because she liked them. In fact she has a cold hatred towards catkin,a nd would prefer a less merciful method

General Description
Jane's usual form is a tall willowy woman with raven hair and green eyes, which seem to flash when she gets angry. As with most people holding some sort of politcal office in Elled, she is a Mad Scientist, who specialises in biochemistry. On the Mad-Science Line she officially occupies the position of Tech.
Felinan History
Born as Felae to a catkin Brask and a were Alavaria, she was born in her mooncurse form, human. This meant when a slaughter squad arrived during the night of the full moon, she escaped being killed, since she was taken as full human, since some humans did live in Felina at that time. As with most humans escaping the FKW they fled to Elled.
Elledian Histoiry
Jane Stewart is one of those displaced in the First Kraggi War. Having been sent to Elled at a young age for safe-keeping, she fell through the cracks and was not tested for were-genes. She was adopted by two human parents. Ironically Jane always felt there was something missing,and always wanted to have an anthro-catform but when all anthro-cat forms were suispended for the wars duration, she got upset.
Growing up in Elled, she has absorbed a lot of their paranoia, and with, rthe death of her parents at 'catkin' hands, her work on the incomplete anti-kitty virus, and the confirmation of the rumours about the catkin which she always believed, her hatred crystallised.
When trying to talk to the ocelot ambassador, both let their temper get the better of them, as each traded what the other saw as insults made up just to blacken their species. After the Isstaran defection Jane decided that there was only one thing to do and decided to remove the incomplete kitty virus and use it against the catkin. After placing the virus on the Flying Platform she was caught.

What had triggered the strange interst was the genetic pattern said catkin, but a full technical scan of everything else said human. At first Jane was taken as curiosity but after checking she was found to be a second genration catkin. There was only one person who could be have father. Jane disbelieved this at first, until in her anger at Brask she cast Bastian magic. This both confirmed that Jane was part catkin and triggered her were abilities. As a result of this her human form was no longer safe, so she shifted to a halfcat one. Jane is now working to sabotage the production efforts of FerretBob. Jane distrusts and dislikes Karena who she feels is spying for Brask. Ironically Karena feels the same about the stange about "Felae"
