Stone Lambert appears to be a genuinely nice guy, this only makes his crooked maneuvers far more succesful. Having gained his position on the council by blackmail, he found he had a problem with the then current PM Justin Darke, who not only was clever than he was, but more skilled as a mad-scientist.
When Justin Darke's secret was finally revealed, Stone Lambert voted for DA, but has now become disillusioned with the PM thanks to him not only making peace with GZ but actully allying with them.
