Kuching is the main and largest city of catkin. On the surface, it is a place of immense positives with new building by the mad scientist Ferret. Just under it's surface it is a dark evil place where evil mad-science experiments are carried out. It is generally an open secret, but since it is not called mad-science some people have been fooled.
