The Keystone Mountain Region #33 is located in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Most of its chapters are in the greater Pittsburgh area, with one chapter in Charleston, West Virginia. Regional Mascots include Maya Moo Moo the cow and Spank the monkey. KMR is pretty small but we all like it that way. We hang together, we program together, and we get Eat ‘N Park together.
