Great Midwest Region (GMR) is a region of BBYO located in Illinois spanning Chicago and its suburbs. GMR is made up of 11 chapters; 6 AZA, 4 BBG, and one BBYO chapter.

History

GMR has 11 strong chapters in and around Chicago. Each chapter meets weekly for either a meeting or program. BBYO in Chicago used to be known as the Illinois Council and Chicago Council, which made up the Great Midwest Region.
