Washington C. D (Commony Misspelles Wahington D. C) It first appeared in George W. Bush's Idiot Adventures. It was the main city of the cartoon. George is almost always in this land. He depicts it as "Magic Flying Ponies". After the show was cancelled, it then appeared in the game Paper Mario.
