The Balrog was released as a STT for Lord of the Rings - Two Towers. It was given out with Odeon Cinemas as a promotion and is a fairly common card. It was also an American STT released with several packs including Star Wars. The American Balrog feels different slightly plasticy. There are also two different backs:
