Dr Octopus as well as Black Spiderman and The Beast, are 3 STTs that go with the Marvel Max pack. These 3 cards were available to get as part of a promotion with the magazine Radio Times. You had to send off the tocken as well as an SAE, and 24p to cover the delievery costs.
