Capt. Snow is the leader of the Arctic Force in Siberia in TimeSplitters 2. His earpiece sometimes malfunctions due to the cold weather. Am example of this would be the cutscene in Siberia when he's tring to contact "Control". He speaks English, which is strange considering the fact that he's Russian.
