In TimeSplitters, the main mode for the single player is the Story mode. This mode goes through a number of different missions in many different locales, often with different objectives. The Story mode is also the only way to unlock a number of characters and certain Arcade Custom maps.


TimeSplitters

In TimeSplitters, there is no actual story. Rather, the Story mode is just a set of missions.

The Story Levels of TimeSplitters are as follows.

TimeSplitters 2

In TimeSplitters 2, Cortez and Corporal Hart are stationed in the Space Station when the TimeSplitters launch an attack on it and leave with Time Crystals through the Time Portal. Now Cortez must go back in time to recover them before the TimeSplitters destroy humanity.

The Story Levels of TimeSplitters 2 are as follows:

TimeSplitters: Future Perfect

In TimeSplitters: Future Perfect, Cortez returns to Earth with the Time Crystals and gets a mission to go back in time and stop the TimeSplitters from being created in the first place. With help from Anya and others, Cortez will chase Jacob Crow, the creator of the TimeSplitters through time to stop him.
