Moving Up Assembly
From The Extended Group
The 2003 Shorewood Moving Up Assembly was the annual tradition of each class advancing one space in the bleachers, with the graduating Senior class sitting in the middle of the assembly to listen to guest speakers. The jazz band played, and the seniors entered in male/female pairs. Also, it is tradition for the seniors to dress in costumes. Members of the high school group, due to seating constraints, divided into to roughly three rows, each with its own theme.
