Thirdly, Sophia apparently does not actually live in the house, despite having paid a contribution of rent. Fourth, it is owned by Mr. Kogane, former principal of [[Einstein]] Middle School and father of [[Tynan Kogane]]. Fifth, it is in [[Ballard]], a notorious group haunt. And finally, in a strange twist of coincidence, [[Lukas]]' friend Garret (whom he met through SPU) ended up rooming with several other group member's friends, in a complicated scheme of networking that is not fully known at this time.

Thirdly, Sophia apparently does not actually live in the house, despite having paid a contribution of rent. Trivia

  • Sgt. Air Raid band practices are known to frequently take place here.
  • Brett, despite having several connections to the house, has only visited it once, On New Year's Eve, while he was heavily intoxicated and wearing a full tuxedo.
