Over the Summer of 2005, Brett and Kevin partially composed singles for a satire of Weezer's latest album Make Believe, rewriting many of the songs so they instead talked about Shoreline, Washington. This project was tentatively known as Make Me Leave (Shoreline).

Singles from the album

  • "This Is Not A City" (This Is Such A Pity)
    • This is not a city, we used to be part of Seattle, not this place that destrooyyyyys uuuuusssss
  • "Shorewood Hills" (Beverly Hills)
  • "We All Ride The Bus" (We Are All On Drugs)
  • "On Bothell Way" (The Other Way)
  • "The Damage In K-Mart" (The Damage In Your Heart)

Other Weezer Parodies

At Denny's one night, a discussion about Eggs Benedict turned into a proposed "Food Album" (with songs based off the Blue Album). Its only single was "Hollandaise" (Holiday), the chorus of which proceeded:

Hollandaise, on your eggs, some steak, it gives me HEART BURN,
Hooollaaaandaaaaiiise, Hooollaaaandaise
