Troy's was a fictitious Greek Restaurant created by Jason Kim in senior year of high school.

Origin

Every day after senior lifetime sports Jason would drive those of us in his car to get food, usually at Choice Teriyaki. Being a vegetarian, Brett had only limited options at the Teriyaki place, and expressed an interest in getting Greek food instead. This plan generally met with approval, and one day Jason announced that they would be going to Troy's, a Greek restaurant also in Lynnwood. This statement was purely deceptive, however; a point apparently understood by everyone but Brett, who expressed sublime disappointment when Jason's Thunderbird pulled into the Choice parking lot. Everyone laughed and Brett had an avocado sandwich.
