Rot stays with Joey

Rot started to head off to meet up with his sister, but thought better of it. He didn't want to blow this shot with Joey, so he decided to see if he could make her any more comfortable.
"Where are you going?" Joey asked, slightly worried.
"Nowhere," he replied. "How could I, without helping you get off?"
"Um..." Joey was hesitant about his offer. "I am kinda wet," she said, half-smirking at the dirty idea.
What does Rot do? Eat her out? Finger her?
