Jogger's feet

You snap the towel at the jogger's feet. He dances backwards to avoid being hit.

"Careful, I said!" he shouts. "Cut it out!"

You snap the towel again. If you keep this up, you could force him back into the lake. Or you could try steering him someplace else.
