You keep heading across the bridge to New Jersey, and you lower your windows to get a little fresh air. The time is 11:54 am and the sky appears fair so far as you can see.

As you cross over into New Jersey state limits riding the middle lane of the freeway you notice a Billboard with a clear message. You brake hard and do a double take gazing into the words so boldly printed.
