Knock the chessboard onto the floor

You flip the chessboard into the air, where all the pieces fall and smash on the floor. The board doesn't break, but makes a loud noise and clangs on the floor. After a few moment's silence, you hear shouting growling and sounds of fighting outside the door.

Do you:

• Cower in the corner of the room.

• Shout through the door.

• Try to open the door and see what's going on.

• Search the room for secret tunnels you can escape through.
