Look around the unfamiliar room

After examining the unfamilar room. You notice the room is almost empty expet for one window, the bed you woke up in, a oaken bedside table with a peice of paper on it,and curious black cat stuffed animal in a dark green suit with a eye patch over one eye. Also you notice there are two doors in the room. Do you:
- look at the peice of paper
- look out the window ignoring everything else
- Examine the odd little stuffed animal
- Leave the room to look around
