You stop right there and right then. Some Morons decide to 'accidentally' reach their hand into your pocket and slip out 10 bucks. So you're sitting there holding an ID card and 10 bucks. With rising gas prices, you flush all 10 bucks down the drain easily.
Try and get away with gas stealing.
