Thrust your blade into the goblin's heart

Before the goblin can even draw its own weapon you stab the creature through its heart. It screams and clutches your blade with its bare hands, convulses, and then finally expires, letting its full weight hang on your blade. You pull your weapon out of the goblin and it falls to the ground. You take a deep breath and then continue on your way.
