"Loretta" was the name given to a motorcycle that Cody Jenson found in a little shack somewhere behind the small house. One can only assume that Loretta originally belonged to the owner of the small house, but it was apparently not taken with him after the island evacuation. Cody used Loretta to get from place to place in a flash, and with her help, he terrorized the entire island. Much to Cody Jenson's dismay, Loretta has recently run (ran?) out of fuel.
