Teleporting Surprise Initiator (or Tesuin for short) is the alias of TSI in the S.U.T.M. game.

Description
Known Aliases: TSI, The Spanish Inquisition
A master of creating ambushes, he can appear seemingly out of nowhere, even leading a squadron of troops, thus making him an excellent covert ops squad leader. Tesuin is able to teleport nearly anywhere within a 10km range, as long as he knows the general features of the area, and there isn't someone expecting him to show up. Obviously, this makes getting into Operations HQ rather hard.
