Snapper Carr

Snapper Carr was a Teenager from Rhode Island who helped out the original Justice League at one point, and thereby made an honourary member.
Despite having no Superpowers or crimefighting experience, he always came to Justice League meetings whenever the signal was given.
Used the term "beat feet" frequently, as well as snapped his fingers, hence his nickname. This can get really fucking annoying sometimes. So much so that while abducted by an alien race once, they actually removed his fingers.
Has saved the worlds' most powerful superheroes more times than any kid from Rhode Island ought to.
