Minnie Presidette thinks your scroll bar is a dirty old man
'Dirty old man' was first used by Mike in description of himself, after being disappointed that Minnesota President had no crushes on any forum members. It soon became a catchphrase for Minnie Presidette, and can be used to describe anyone who is dirty, old, or a man.
