Professor Wagglesworth (:waggles:) is the animated face of a background character from the cover of Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #19. It is frequently used on the forum to highlight innuendo or sauciness.
Be aware that many consider :waggles: to be overused, especially in situations where the innuendo is somewhat forced.
